Evacuation and filling device for shock absorbers EBS 100 Article no. 400.505.100

The EBS 100 is the only device of its kind in the world. It can be used to perform service on the most advanced suspension systems. The ability to flexibly adjust the pressure is particularly suitable for flushing the kinetic suspensions of all current and future vehicles.

Due to the simple operation and the robust construction made of steel, it is well equipped to withstand the tough daily workshop routine.

High-quality handles, smooth-running heavy-duty rollers with large radii and an impact-resistant powder coating make the EBS100 a device for many years of use.

FUNCTIONS:

• Independent venting of the internal device pipelines
• Inspection through integrated sight glass
• Bubble free filling of hydraulic systems with adjustable pressure between 4 and 40 bar
• Bringing hydraulic systems to ambient pressure in a controlled manner through drain hose with ball valve
• Connection to waste oil tank via oil drain hose
• Blowing out hydraulic systems with compressed air
• Disposal of used oil in canister
• Generation of vacuum up to an absolute pressure of 0.002 bar

All functions can be realized by turning two levers. Once connected to the vehicle it is not necessary to reconnect hoses during this process.
