Suspension Evacuation Device SDE 96 Article no. 400.501.000

The CVSA2/Kinetic® suspension combines sportiness and comfort. In this suspension, each shock absorber is connected to each other via two hydraulic circuits and various valves. To be able to fill these hydraulic circuits with fresh hydraulic oil in the event of damage, a device is required that first removes the old oil from the circuits, then evacuates the circuits to almost -1 bar and finally fills them with fresh hydraulic oil at high pressure.

All these requirements are fulfilled by the Suspension Evacuation Device SDE 96 in combination with the Filling and Bleeding device for eSuspension SDS 5 (ATTENTION: Both units are needed to perform a flushing or refilling of the CVSA2/Kinetic® suspension).

During the complete repair process, only two hoses need to be connected and disconnected from the vehicle. All functions of the unit can be reached by setting two levers.

The Suspension Evacuation Device can only be used in combination with the Filling and Bleeding Device for eSuspension SDS 5 (Art.No. 400.500.000) of company GL-GmbH.
